PDC Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may not be able to attend a course that you have paid for.

If notice is given at least 29 days prior to the commencement of the PDC course:

• a refund of your initial deposit, less an administration fee of $100.

• or a credit for the full amount towards any future course as negotiated via email (one transfer per cancellation only)

 

Deposit Refunds are not available within 28 days of a course’s commencement though Course Transfer is still available.

This is due to commitment made to catering, administration & turning away others once the PDC course is full, which is a loss of income to us & our farm. (one transfer per cancellation only)

 

Full Course Refunds & Course Transfers are not available within 14 days of a course’s commencement.

This is due to commitment made to catering, administration & turning away others once the PDC course is full, which is a loss of income to us & our farm.

NOTE: For the Autumn 2025 PDCHC, refunds can not be provided till Feb 17th 2025 onward.
